The Role

As a High-Ticket Sales Closer, you’ll be the trusted guide for women who have already shown interest and qualified through our funnels. Your job is not just to sell—it’s to enroll aligned clients into our premium coaching programs with integrity, clarity, and empathy. You’ll follow a proven prescription-based sales system, handle funding/financing walkthroughs, and ensure every client feels supported through the decision-making process.

Close premium coaching enrollments with integrity using a structured, prescription-based process while maintaining CRM excellence and hitting aggressive revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Run 6-12 qualified Zoom calls daily, using structured discovery and prescription framework.
Lead prospects through Shay's proven Love Success enrollment process with authority and compassion.
Walk clients through funding/financing options (Affirm, Flexx) when necessary.
Handle objections skillfully while maintaining alignment with company values.
Maintain perfect CRM hygiene: update notes, track statuses, and complete same-day follow-ups.
Recover no-shows and fence-sitters through strategic outreach.
Collaborate with marketing and setters to provide feedback loops that increase show-up rates and conversions.

Requirements

General

2+ years of experience closing high-ticket ($10K-$75K) coaching, consulting, or transformation offers over Zoom
Calm authority with the ability to hold energy and space on emotional calls
Proven track record with verifiable metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Values alignment with our mission of women’s empowerment and transformation
Willingness to work evenings/weekends during launches
Comfortable with CRM and sales automation tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Klaviyo)

KPIs

Show rate: >= 65%
Close rate (on qualified calls): 25-35%
Weekly revenue target: $100,000+ per closer (OTE)
Follow-up completion: 100% within 24 hours
