Client agrees that Shay Better, LLC may use such recordings in connection with any dispute or proceeding relating to any services or this Agreement. In the event that the Shay Better, LLC become legally compelled to disclose to any third party any such recordings, Shay Better, LLC agrees to provide each recorded Party with reasonable advance written notice identifying the recordings to be so disclosed.
