The Integrator's role is to turn those ideas into reality — aligning people, systems, and processes to deliver flawless execution at speed.

The Role

You are the bridge between vision and execution. You'll take big ideas and break them into actionable plans, assign owners, set timelines, and hold the team accountable to deadlines. You'll design and oversee operational systems (email sequences, automation flows, marketing campaigns, launches, sales processes), ensuring everything integrates across departments. This isn't just project management — it's operational leadership. You'll unify setters, closers, marketers, designers, devs, and support into one cohesive machine, all moving toward our aggressive revenue and impact goals.

Lead as the Integrator / Director of Operations for Shay Better Coaching / HerPocketCoach. Bridge vision and execution by translating the CEO's ideas into actionable plans, owning cross-functional execution, and designing scalable systems (email sequences, automation, campaigns, launches, sales processes) to deliver flawless outcomes at speed.

Responsibilities
  • Build and refine SOPs
  • Run weekly ops meetings
  • Report on KPIs and SLAs
  • Translate CEO's ideas into execution plans with milestones, owners, and timelines
  • Build project scopes (funnels, campaigns, launches, app updates) and delegate tasks
  • Manage cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Tech
  • Architect and oversee automation workflows (email sequences, CRM pipelines, retargeting flows, app notifications)
  • Run weekly leadership meetings, set priorities, and track KPIs
  • Identify bottlenecks and clear roadblocks before they derail execution
  • Ensure all deliverables match brand standards and deadlines
  • Manage dashboards, reporting, and operational rhythms for consistent accountability
Requirements

General

  • Ops leadership experience
  • Process design skills
  • Strong analytics
  • 5+ years in online business operations, integrator, or Director of Ops role (coaching, info products, SaaS, or high-growth startups preferred)
  • Proven track record launching multi-step marketing campaigns (funnels, email, SMS, webinars)
  • Strong tech stack fluency: CRMs (HubSpot/GoHighLevel/Klaviyo), project management (Monday/Asana/ClickUp), automation tools (Zapier/Make), and email marketing platforms
  • Excellent delegation, communication, and accountability enforcement
  • Comfortable partnering with a high-achieving Visionary CEO
  • Strategic thinker + tactical executor

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years in online business operations, integrator, or Director of Ops role, ideally in coaching, info products, SaaS, or high-growth startups
  • Proven track record of launching multi-step marketing campaigns (funnels, email, SMS, webinars)
  • Tech stack fluency: CRMs (HubSpot/GoHighLevel/Klaviyo), project management (Monday/Asana/ClickUp), automation tools (Zapier/Make), email marketing platforms
  • Excellent delegation, communication, and accountability enforcement
  • Comfortable working with high-achieving visionary founders
  • Strategic thinker + tactical executor

  • EOS/Traction experience as an Integrator
  • Prior COO/Director of Ops in a 7–8 figure coaching or SaaS company
