That’s where the Sales Director comes in — a proven closer turned leader who runs the sales floor with precision, energy, and accountability.

The Role

The Sales Director is responsible for driving revenue by building, training, and managing a high-performing team of setters and closers. You’ll start in the trenches as a High-Ticket Closer to master the system, prove results, and earn the respect of the team. Once promoted, you’ll manage the full sales pipeline — ensuring KPIs are hit, leads are converted, training is ongoing, and accountability is enforced. This role is about numbers and leadership: you live in the dashboards, you know your team’s metrics daily, and you hold them to standard. You’re a motivator, a trainer, and a strategist who ensures we hit and exceed revenue targets.

Lead revenue as the Sales Director by building, training, and managing a high-performing team of setters and closers. Own KPIs, training, and accountability to consistently hit and exceed targets.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales team: manage closers and setters, track performance, and enforce accountability.
  • Train and develop team members: run daily huddles, weekly trainings, and roleplays; coach underperformers, and promote high performers.
  • Manage KPIs and dashboards: monitor calls booked, show-up rates, close rates, revenue per rep, and overall pipeline health.
  • Run reports: deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to CEO and leadership.
  • Own the sales process: ensure every rep is following the playbook consistently.
  • Coordinate with Marketing: give feedback on lead quality, funnel performance, and show-up rates.
  • Recruit and onboard: hire, ramp, and scale new setters/closers as needed.
  • Step in when needed: take calls, recover deals, and show by example.

  • 5+ years in sales leadership
  • Track record of scaling teams
  • Data-driven and strategic
  • Proven success as a High-Ticket Closer ($10K-$75K offers) with verifiable metrics.
  • Numbers-driven mindset — you live and breathe KPIs.
  • Strong leadership skills: able to train, motivate, and hold reps accountable.
  • Experience running daily huddles, sales trainings, and one-on-ones.
  • Comfortable with CRMs, sales dashboards, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, pivot quickly, and enforce standards.

Must-Haves

  • Proven success as a High-Ticket Closer ($10K-$75K offers) with verifiable metrics.
