The Role

As a Sales Setter, you are the gateway to enrollment. Your job is to screen inbound leads, engage in outbound outreach, qualify prospects, and book high-quality Love Mapping Calls for our closers. You’ll use empathetic discovery, follow scripts with authority, and create excitement for the next step. This is a closer training track—the right setters will be groomed to transition into high-ticket closing. We’re looking for hungry, coachable, metrics-driven individuals who want a clear path to six-figure sales.

Qualify and book high-quality appointments while training for a transition into high-ticket closing. Own outreach, qualification, CRM hygiene, and follow-ups to keep the pipeline full and healthy.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with leads via DM, SMS, phone, and email using proven scripts and frameworks.
  • Qualify leads using clear criteria and ensure alignment with our offers.
  • Book 10-15 qualified appointments per day for our closers.
  • Conduct mini-discovery calls when needed to ensure quality.
  • Reconfirm appointments and follow up with no-shows to rebook within 72 hours.
  • Maintain clean CRM records, detailed notes, and daily reporting.
  • Shadow closers to learn the prescription sales system and prepare for promotion.

  • Experience with CRMs, sales scripts, or appointment setting
  • Fast typing and clean written English for DMs and emails
  • Comfortable making 180-300 outbound touches per day
  • Strong organizational skills to manage pipeline and follow-ups
  • Excitement to move into closing within 6-12 months
